Screening for adoption
Pet Friend Refuge
Our screening process is divided into 7 stages:
Screening form (this form)
Selection of forms
Telephone interview (if you cannot or do not want to answer phone calls, please do not proceed)
Request, via WhatsApp, for photos/videos of the place where the animal will live
Test visit to the house with the animal to assess safety
Test of the animal in the new home
Finalization of the adoption
Please allow at least 10 minutes to fill out this form calmly.
We only donate animals to people over 21 years of age.
